The G500 Series features a zinc-coated Zamak cylinder body with a hardened finish coating for corrosion protection and smoother operation over time. Staked cylinder wafers also improve retention and long-term reliability.

ADVANCED SECURITY

A new 6-wafer cylinder design expands key code variation to help reduce counterfeit risk and improve overall key integrity—supporting fewer warranty claims and a better experience in the field.

IMPROVED ACCESSIBILITY

A redesigned cylinder slide shutter allows smoother key insertion, while the dimpled scalp promotes more precise key alignment for consistent day-to-day use.

AUTOMOTIVE STYLE

Automotive-style stamped steel keys feature new fob color options and an extended 75mm profile for greater leverage and a clean, modern look.
